Each culture has its own views on sexuality. In this lecture I delve deeper into the more universal aspects of sexuality and intimacy. The pain and disappointments that we suffer in this area, touch us all deeply. At the same time, we also know sexuality to be a portal into deep intimacy and connection, bodily ecstasy and direct contact with the larger mystery of birth, life and death.
I explore our body’s capability for pleasure, from which our appreciation of life spontaneously springs forth. Virtually all cultures impose all kinds of taboos on enjoying sexual pleasure. These reflect our deep resistance to surrender to pleasure, from a fear of drowning in boundless lechery and egoism. But by opening up consciously and conscientiously to our innate capacity for pleasure, our body can actually guide us into the highest ethics of appreciation for life itself.

Lecture ‘You’re never too old to have sex

Getting older doesn’t need to be a reason or ‘excuse’ to stop having sex. By moving along with your age, your sex life can actually improve. I have worked with elderly people intensively for seven years and have seen a lot of suffering in this area but also a lot of creativity and joy.
In this lecture I talk about sexuality and intimacy as a life-long journey of development and growth. About the power and vulnerability of love at an advanced age. About our need for authentic connection and conscious touch. About practicing to sensually enjoy daily routines. About the pain of not being touched any more when your partner dies or suffers from dementia. About giving and receiving, playing and contemplating the finiteness of life.
I offer this lecture from a very broad view on sexuality and will suggest various new perspectives and possibilities to keep the flow of our life force going as we get older.

This tailor-made lecture is about the birth and development of your company or organization and its underlying dream. In a lighthearted way, using creative metaphors, I paint a lively portrait of how direction and staff have collaborated throughout the years in order to benefit the world with your products or services.
The aim of this lecture is that all workers and staff members know themselves to be part of the company on a deeper level. They become more aware of the value of the products and/or services that are offered to the outside world. They get a better grasp of the importance of their own contribution to the larger whole as well as the contribution of other departments or company layers. This validation of their individual and collective creative power of creation to more understanding and harmony and releases new energy and initiative.
Preparation
Well before the date of the lecture, I interview at least three staff members/workers from different departments. In a creative way I explore what makes your company or organization unique. I learn about its history, its mission and vision, the building(s), products and/or services, clients and other stakeholders. I let all this information sink in and mold this into a captivating lecture that is inspiring for all concerned.
